Nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, Oconee County provides outdoor pursuits, waterfalls and heritage tourism in the northwest corner of South Carolina. Chau Ram County Park features Ramsey Creek falls and a 175 ft pedestrian suspension bridge across the Chauga River accessing hiking trails and river falls. Multiple rivers, lakes and mountains, over 150 waterfalls, pristine forests and amazing State/County Parks make us an outdoor adventure mecca. Rafting, zip lines, boat rentals, tours to waterfalls, camping, fishing and hiking.
